Due to covid i'm not happy with the delivery tonight waited 1 hr 40 mins and didn't turn up so called and got told be an extra 20 mins and i ordered the steak and it don't ask how you wanted it cooked it came rare to med and i couldn't eat it as it was very chewy.

Food arrived eventually twenty minutes after the time it said was delivered Stone cold and waste of money Refund required

Advised hour delivery now 1 1/2 hours and says delivered . Clearly not Unable to get through on phone to query the problem and resolve issue

missing donner meat, stone cold chips and chicken and long delivery. when i rang the store to complain and get the donner meat the customer service was dreadful and very rude. absolutely disspointing and horrible. waste of money.

Normally amazing food, but last night I ordered, chips tasted like they were three days old, chilli burger had to be thrown away after a few bites, so disappointing after using you since I lived in Sandbach.

I’m so disappointed at tonight’s experience of ordering a delivery. Two hours until it arrived. When it did the driver accused me of not paying. I showed him that I had paid online but he shrugged his shoulders and clearly didn’t believe me. I’ve been ordering from you for over 20 years and it just doesn’t get any better??
